The transportation of an oversized Aux Boiler to a power plant is a complex task that requires extensive planning and expertise. Additionally, transporting the heavy and bulky Aux Boiler safely demanded the use of specialized equipment, such as drop-bed low loaders, cranes, and lorries with cranes, which allowed for efficient loading and unloading and minimized the risk of damage. To ensure successful delivery to the restricted destination, our team of experts had to possess the required qualifications and obtain all necessary permits, which involved close communication with the relevant authorities. Thanks to our meticulous planning, specialized equipment, and expert knowledge, we were able to transport the oversized Aux Boiler safely and seamlessly, arriving on schedule for the installation process to begin.

Transporting 67 machinery units and their accessories poses a significant challenge that requires careful planning and preparation. Adequate packing is crucial to ensure that the machinery arrives at its destination undamaged and ready for use.
To achieve this goal, Toshiba Logistics Malaysia has worked with our Japanese counterparts to evaluate each individual machine and accessory, select suitable packing materials and methods, and ensure that everything was well-protected and securely fastened during transit. Due to the complexity of the task, packing specialists from our Japanese counterparts assisted in the process. The team worked closely together to ensure that the packing process was seamless and flawlessly executed.
The successful completion of this project was the result of a cohesive team effort, in which a comprehensive plan was developed for packing and delivering the machinery to its destination. By prioritizing meticulous packing procedures and materials, the team was able to guarantee the safe and unscathed arrival of the machinery.
